Systems Engineering Lead

Responsibilities
- Manage the system engineering content and work products, which includes developing the requirements baseline, design and integration, to ultimately perform qualification testing and delivery of the product.
- Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering principles to perform operational concept development, feasibility studies, design, development, performance modeling, and hardware/software evaluation.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations internally and for customer meetings.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible to acquire Top Secret/SCI and additional SAP/SAR clearance.
- Prior experience leading a medium size team of System Engineers.
- Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test).
- Familiarity with RF applications and data links.
- Familiarity performing integration on space qualified hardware.
- Working experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience interfacing with upper management; customer facing.
Qualifications
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience or Ph.D. with 9 years of experience.
- Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering principles with tools such as Magic Draw.
- Familiarity or experience with Model based systems engineering principles with tools such as Magic Draw.
- Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering principles with tools such as Magic Draw.
Skills
- Experience with Radar applications.
- Bid and proposal experience on major life cycle programs.

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317.
Schedule
This position is based out of our Merrimack NH facilities in the Northeast. This position is contingent on contract award. This role will be performed fulltime on site.
