Systems Engineering Lead

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products
• Emphasis in leading systems development efforts for the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area

Workplace Options

This position is fully on-site with some limited ability to Flex from home. While on-site, you will be a part of the software team in the Dedham, MA facility.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $164,892.00/Yr. - USD $173,910.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
