About the Role
As a Lead Systems Engineer for the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you’ll lead a cross-functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, with an emphasis on systems development for the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area. This role involves security software architecture, leadership, and cost account management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the systems development life cycle for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, particularly in the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area.
- Provide technical leadership and foster collaboration within a cross-functional team.
- Champion new ideas and process improvements, leveraging thorough knowledge of technology trends.
- Develop strong customer relationships through effective presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to meet challenging requirements with win-win solutions.

- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire (U.S. citizenship required).
- Experience with technologies and tools such as Cameo/MBSE and IP Networking (preferred).

Pay
Target salary range: USD $132,930.00/Yr. - USD $140,200.00/Yr. Actual pay may vary based on experience and geographic location.
Schedule
This position is fully on-site at the Scottsdale, AZ facility with some limited ability to work remotely (Flex from home).
