Systems Engineer, Sr.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements traceability throughout the development cycle
• Provide weekly updates on system development progress
• Allocate requirements for subsystems and coordinate among engineers
• Evaluate system performance and provide strategic direction
• Collaborate on developing flight test vectors and data acquisition
• Contribute to model development and simulation analysis
• Identify and resolve system design weaknesses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or mathematics discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years in a systems engineering role, preferably aerospace systems
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Matlab
• Experience managing requirements traceability
• Experience developing instrumented flight test vectors
• Strong Matlab skills and proficiency with office software
• Familiarity with electronics related to image collection and analysis

Pay

• $111,500 – $170,000 annually
