Systems Engineer (Simulation and Training Products)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years professional engineering experience
- Experience with development of software requirements, requirement verification and working collaboratively with software engineers in the design, development, and test of software
- Experience with Model Based Engineering tools and methodologies like SysML
- Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of formal system test methods associated with software requirements verification, software system regression and data analysis
- The ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level - U.S. Citizenship required

We are seeking a full-time System Engineer to support the full product lifecycle for Simulation and Training products. Our products are used to represent the world’s most advanced combat systems, supporting a variety of mission areas and uses. In this role, you will define software requirements, verify requirements, and integrate and test software.
The successful candidate will have experience with C++ code, Linux Operating Systems, System Modeling and troubleshooting system level issues.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a government security clearance - U.S. Citizenship required.

Desired Skills

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
