Systems Engineer
Position Description
Join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge missile systems at Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control headquarters in Grand Prairie, TX. This full-time onsite role offers a hybrid work schedule with Telework
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system requirements using Cameo and DOORS.
- Support system architecture analysis, including use cases, interfaces, and timing assessments.
- Capture and develop verification artifacts supporting Functional Configuration Audits (FCA).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure system integrity and mission success.
- Work onsite in a classified environment, with partial remote flexibility as needed.
Required Skills & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Cameo.
- Strong understanding of system design concepts and tradeoffs.
- Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with C++, MATLAB, Python.
- Knowledge of missile systems and DoD projects, including IAMD and Tactical Missiles.
- Familiarity with system architecture and ground/fire control systems.
- Eagerness to deepen understanding of missile and ground system operations.
