Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team!
- Perform cybersecurity assessments of large-scale DOD systems, utilizing an OCO (Offensive Cyber Operations) mindset to perform DCO (Defensive Cyber Operations) activities.
- Perform long term, in depth vulnerability assessments leveraging systems engineering principals and knowledge, utilizing any available information, including architecture diagrams, build specifications, design documentation, and systems architecture.
- Incorporate systems resiliency and security engineering concepts into acquisition documents (e.g., Performance Work Statements).
- Contribute to building a strong team with depth in the system engineering process to exceed technical performance expectations within the mission space.
- Leverage interpersonal skills to foster relationship development with our customers to gain additional insights, information, and documentation to improve our ability to accomplish our mission.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of Systems Engineering experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience serving as a Lead Systems Engineer, with demonstrated success leading, managing, and collaborating across multidisciplinary organizations, teams, and stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Zero Trust architecture, implementation, or engineering initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
- Cybersecurity certification (Sec+, CISSP, CEH, etc)
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-160
- Familiarity with INCOSE defined life cycle systems engineering processes
- Experience with / knowledge of large-scale DOD Systems
Salary Range
$148,300.00 - $266,900.00

Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of Systems Engineering experience. Experience may be substituted with education as follows: High School Diploma: + 15 years System Engineering Experience Relevant Bachelor's degree in a STEM field + 11 years System Engineering Relevant Master's degree in a STEM field + 9 years System Engineering Minimum 6 years of experience serving as a Lead Systems Engineer, with demonstrated success leading, managing, and collaborating across multidisciplinary organizations, teams, and stakeholders.
