Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering concepts and processes
• Experience in one or more Systems Engineering functions, such as: Subsystem design or analysis, CONOPS development, Requirements development/analysis, System trade studies, System Integration, Test and/or Verification, Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies, Design reviews
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Active DoD Secret clearance or above

This group of diverse Engineers has a long history of supporting the Air Force Mission reaching back to the 1960's. Today's challenge is to support the modernization of the Minuteman Weapon System by crafting, building, testing and deploying new Reentry Systems and Ground Equipment that will enable the new system to perform for many years to come. Systems Engineer Sr for the Sentinel Program

• Develop test plans and support test procedure development
• Cookordinate the design IPTs and ATLO to define, design, and procure test equipment
• Support requirements analysis and development of verification descriptions
• Review specifications, models, drawings, and other engineering documentation
• Support program design reviews and other milestones

Desired Skills

• Engineering Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience in verification of requirements
• Experience working in the development phase of a Space or Missile development program preferably for the US Government
• Experience collaborating with internal and external customers and executive leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, synergetic team environment
• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
• Technical writing skills and experience
