Job Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; may be substituted for additional years of experience
- 5+ years of IT/DoW systems administration experience
- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Required: Security+ or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or SSCP or other DoW 8140 approved certification
- Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
- Desired: ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS), or related advanced Systems Engineering certifications
- Deep understanding of Tier 3 O&S workflows and enterprise Incident/Problem Management
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure domains (servers, networks, storage, virtualization, applications)
- Demonstrated experience performing RCA, FTA, FMEA, or other reliability assessments
- Experience working in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief non-technical leadership
