We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. We have: - Intro: "At Boeing, we innovate..." etc. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or "About Boeing". We'll treat as "About the role" section. - Then description of position: "Boeing Defense & Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level Systems Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) (Level 2 or 3) to join our multi-disciplined engineering team in Albuquerque, New Mexico designing and developing advanced concepts on a DOD propriety program. This position will join a multi-disciplined team of engineers and scientists to develop and test advanced concepts for the Department of Defense. Work could include such things as image processing and analysis, radiometry, modeling and simulation, evaluation of field data to anchor models, and wherever the data may lead throughout the program. The ideal candidate will have strong MATLAB or Mathematic skills, an interest in data analysis; modeling and simulation; and some knowledge of optics and electro-optics." That could be part of About the role. - Then "Position Responsibilities:" list bullet points. - Then "Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):" list. - Then "Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):" list. - Then "Conflict of Interest: ..." etc. Those are boilerplate? Conflict of Interest, Drug Free Workplace, Relocation note, Export Control, Education, Relocation again, Security Clearance, Visa Sponsorship, Shift, Equal Opportunity Employer. Many of these are boilerplate; we need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should drop Conflict of Interest, Drug Free Workplace, Relocation note (maybe keep if specific?), Export Control, Education, Relocation again, Security Clearance (maybe keep if specific? It says requires ability to obtain US Top Secret/SCI clearance; that is substantive). Visa Sponsorship, Shift, Equal Opportunity Employer. We need to keep substantive info: Pay and Benefits section includes pay ranges. Also "Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility." Might be considered substantive? It's a benefit. Could be included under Benefits or maybe separate? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we can include Benefits if there is specific content. The posting says: "Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility." Also "Pay and Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package..." then details about competitive base pay, variable compensation, benefit programs, etc. Then specific pay ranges for Level 2 and Level 3. So we have Pay and Benefits content. We also have Schedule: "Shift This position is for 1st shift". That's specific schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We also have Requirements: Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) and Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience). Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have Responsibilities (list). We have Basic Qualifications (Required) and Preferred Qualifications (Desired). Could treat Basic as Requirements, Preferred as Qualifications? Or maybe Requirements = Basic Qualifications, Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. Skills could be extracted from both? But we have separate Skills heading; maybe we can put specific skills like MATLAB, Mathematica, optics, electro-optical, etc. However we might not need Skills if we already covered in Requirements/Qualifications. But we must only include sections when there is real specific content. We could include Skills if we have specific skill list. The posting mentions: strong MATLAB or Mathematic skills, interest in data analysis; modeling and simulation; some knowledge of optics and electro-optics. Also experience performing modeling and/or simulation of Electro-Optical and Infrared systems with technical computing language such as Matlab or Mathematica. Preferred: Experience with electro-optical systems, experience with FASCODE or other atmospheric modeling tools, experience with wave optics simulations. So we could put those under Skills. But we also have Requirements heading for basic qualifications (education, years experience, clearance). Qualifications heading for preferred qualifications (mid-level experience, active clearance, etc). Benefits heading for relocation and benefits description. Pay heading for pay ranges. Schedule heading for shift. We need to avoid duplicating content. Let's extract: About the role: The introductory paragraph(s) about Boeing, the team, location, work description, ideal candidate skills. Responsibilities: bullet list under "Position Responsibilities:". Requirements (Basic Qualifications): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement; 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience performing modeling and/or simulation of Electro-Optical and Infrared systems with a technical computing language, such as Matlab or Mathematica; This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications): Mid-Level (Level 3): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance; Experience with electro-optical systems; Experience with FASCODE or other atmospheric modeling tools; Experience with wave optics simulations. Skills: Could list: MATLAB, Mathematica, data analysis, modeling and simulation, optics, electro-optical, image processing and analysis, radiometry, evaluation of field data to anchor models, trade studies, modeling, simulation, analysis, defining and conducting critical analyses, defining and conducting tests, etc. But many of those are responsibilities. Might be redundant. Perhaps better to not include Skills section if we already covered in Responsibilities/Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. If we think Skills content is covered elsewhere, we could omit Skills heading. However the instruction list includes Skills as a possible heading; we are not required to use all. So we can omit if not needed. Benefits: Relocation based on candidate eligibility; also mention of Total Rewards package: competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, paid/unpaid time away. However many of those are generic boilerplate. But the posting includes specific mention: "At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent. Elements of the Total Rewards package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. The Boeing Company also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." This is somewhat generic but still specific to Boeing benefits. We could keep Benefits section with that description plus relocation. Pay: Pay ranges: Associate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $91,800 - $124,200; Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $112,200 - $151,800. Also note: Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Schedule: Shift: This position is for 1st shift. We must not include boilerplate like "Export Control Requirements: This is not an Export Control position." "Visa Sponsorship Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status." "Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Relocation This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility." appears twice; we keep once. Now produce HTML fragment with headings

and appropriate
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content goes under which heading. Let's structure:
