Responsibilities
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, while ensuring security, compliance, and reliable system performance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, manage user accounts and access controls, support cloud migrations, and maintain endpoint devices and related technologies.
- Monitor system health, optimize performance, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable technology solutions.
