Systems Engineer: (DLA ICAM Engineer, OIM Engineer)

About the role

Provide technical support, guidance and hands-on delivery working in conjunction with DLA application teams in the planning, implementation and integration of Identity and Credential access management (ICAM) requirements into DLA enterprise systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure
• Ensures that application and system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to ICAM requirements
• Documents specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans and results
• Depicts complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences
• Communicates project objectives, scope and status to project teams

Minimum Requirements

• Five (5) years of overall professional experience in the engineering field
• Five (5) years' experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) implementations and integrations
• Must possess a DoD Approved 8140 Baseline Certification for Category IAT Level II
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• Must possess Level 1 Non-Sensitive (Low Risk) Tier 1 clearance prior to onboarding

Qualifications

• Ideally MA/MS in a technical discipline with at least fifteen (15) years of experience
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) prior to onboarding
