About the role
As a Model-Based Systems Engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems using cutting-edge MBSE methodologies and digital engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
- 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
- Agile experience preferred
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams
- Apply MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis
- Use industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Integrate requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, DOORS Next Generation) with system models
- Work within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives
- Communicate complex system designs using MBSE models
- Champion MBSE adoption across cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to apply MBSE and AI-driven approaches for continuous improvement and innovation

Target salary range: USD $104,923.00/Yr. - USD $116,398.00/Yr.
