Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our technology team to drive operational sustainment, infrastructure provisioning, and platform support services. Operating within a collaborative environment, you will play an active role in executing technical engineering tasks to ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement across our cloud and application environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, including real-time incident troubleshooting, platform stabilization, and root-cause analysis.
• Perform and validate platform patching, system upgrades, and standard release deployments.
• Provision cloud infrastructure and support configuration automation using scripting tools and pipelines.
• Participate in a 24x7 global on-call rotation and maintain detailed operational runbooks and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, operations support, or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated experience in automated cloud provisioning and infrastructure management (AWS preferred).
• Solid capability in writing scripts (such as Python or PowerShell) to support environment automation and operations.

Pay & Schedule

• Location: Orlando, Florida
• Job type: Contract
• Pay: $35.00 - 43.06 per hour
• Work hours: 8am to 5pm
