Systems Engineer

About the role

The role involves deploying, maintaining, and supporting servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure. It includes managing and maintaining Azure environments, administering virtualization platforms, configuring and supporting Windows Server environments, including Remote Desktop Services, monitoring and optimizing storage platforms, and collaborating on infrastructure and cloud projects.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and support servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure
• Manage and maintain Azure environments (VMs, storage, networking)
• Administer virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V
• Configure and support Windows Server environments, including Remote Desktop Services
• Monitor and optimize storage platforms (SAN/NAS), performance, and capacity
• Collaborate on infrastructure and cloud projects

Requirements

• 2–4 years relevant experience
• Experience with server and storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS)
• Hands-on Azure experience (compute, storage, networking)
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery
• Working knowledge of networking
