Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and support efforts for Lexmark and Zebra printer environments across retail and supply chain operations
- Investigate and resolve complex hardware, firmware, driver, and configuration issues
- Manage printer firmware testing, validation, deployment, and lifecycle activities
- Administer and improve printer monitoring, reporting, and management platforms, including MarkVision Enterprise
- Create technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and implementation guides
- Execute change management, incident management, and problem management activities for production systems
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, deployment organizations, supply chain partners, and external vendors to deliver reliable endpoint and printing solutions
Qualifications
- Experience in PowerShell and Microsoft OS
- Experience with Printing, desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Able to work independently as well as with a large team, as required
- Able to communicate effectively – written and verbally, as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Printing, Lexmark, Zebra, Firmware Management, Endpoint Infrastructure, Supply Chain Technology, MarkVision Enterprise, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Technical Documentation, Vendor Management, Process Automation and Standardization
Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
