Systems Engineer

About the role

JANUS Research Group is seeking a Systems Engineer at Buckley Space Force Base to support the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) Lead Integration, Test, and Evaluation with 24/7 Operational Support (FLITE+) program.

Responsibilities

• System requirements development and decomposition;
• Hardware and software design support;
• Verification and validation support;
• Technical baseline documentation;
• Cross functional coordination within integrated product teams;
• Horizontal integration of engineering best practices;
• Cross coordination with government systems engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or related technical discipline and 5 years relevant systems engineering experience;
• Experience supporting system requirements and V&V activities;
• Familiarity with integrated product team environments;
• Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

• Active TS/SCI clearance;
• Target salary range: $75k-$85k;
• Experience supporting system requirements and V&V activities;
• Familiarity with integrated product team environments;
• Ability to operate in a TS/SCI classified environment.
