Systems Engineer
About the role
We are hiring systems engineers at the individual contributor, team lead, chief engineer, and technical director levels to participate in Electronic Systems development programs. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems. Help us create the world’s most advanced solutions in areas such as Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Aircraft Protection, Radar Warning, and Electronic Attack for our defense-related customers. Our products provide critical mission capabilities to address evolving threats to our nation’s security and the warfighter.
This position requires US citizenship status due to government contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support Electronic Systems
- Collaborate with Software, Hardware, and Test engineers across the systems engineering cycle
- Take on diverse and challenging work assignments in defense and national security technologies
- Participate in opportunities to learn, leverage, and incorporate new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or a related domain
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in EO/IR, RF, or EW (Electronic Warfare)
- Experience with Requirements Development
- Experience with integration and test
- Experience with Model Based Engineering
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Active Secret Clearance or above (active within the last 2 years)

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $97,008 – $164,914. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
Schedule
Flexible work environment with a 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off).
