You will develop database queries, reports, and data analysis solutions, support system configuration and development, and contribute to the creation of forms, workflows, and automated processes. Additionally, you will assist users through the transition from legacy systems and support the ongoing improvement of the new platform.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in data migration, transformation, and validation.
  • Strong Enterprise Database / Microsoft SQL skills, including data extraction, analysis, and manipulation from complex business systems.
  • Experience developing reports, database queries, and management information.
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate service requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working on ICT, systems implementation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Approachable and engaging with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Benefits

  • Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme with generous employer contributions.
  • Generous annual leave scheme plus the option to buy additional leave.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Employee Benefits Platform including retail, holiday, and leisure discounts.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Free flu jabs.
