About the role
The Systems Development Engineer, US ADC DBS Non Relational plays a critical role in supporting software applications that enhance the global workplace. This position involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, and implementing fixes for internally developed code.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve high-impact production issues across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system stability.
- Perform software maintenance and configuration updates.
- Implement fixes for internally developed code in languages such as Perl, Ruby, C/C++, and JAVA.
- Update and enhance current software systems.
- Automate support processes and document systems.
Requirements
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
- 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 1+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems.
- 1+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering.
- A current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java.
- 3+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have strong Linux & Networking Fundamentals, deep experience working with Linux in a large-scale, distributed environment, and a solid understanding of software development methodology.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $99,100.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually.
