- Contribute to project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet deadlines.
- Establish, capture, and present KPI metrics to evaluate project success and failure.
- Deep dive technical solutions encompassing advanced technology applications, conveyor hardware selection, material handling integration, and commissioning content.
- Participate in design reviews and support execution efforts with internal teams and outside vendors, including equipment specifications, material flow, process design, and site layout.
- Communicate project status, answer detailed project questions, and produce clear summaries for program management teams.
- Capture and synthesize the Voice of Customer (VoC) for new product introductions and prioritize system defects to influence triage efforts with Product Development teams.
- Build strong working relationships with Fulfillment Center/Sort Center management and operations teams, as well as Facilities, Finance, Safety, Process Engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement initiatives supporting operations, deployment, or engineering teams within a geographic node.
- Develop cross-functional knowledge of Operations and Engineering systems, processes, procedures, and tools.
