Systems Development Engineer, ADC2S - USACO
About the role
The DevOps/Systems Development Engineer will own automating operational and business practices. They will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, identifying and resolving issues, and automating and improving repetitive processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues, and automate and improve repetitive processes
- Develop solutions for customers and services
- Drive prioritization of operational issues
- Drive automation design & scaling requirements in support of the wider organization
- Measure success by its visible impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of government services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
Qualifications
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

Pay
Base salary range for this position is $129,200.00 - $174,800.00 USD annually.
