Systems Design Engineer
What's the Job?
Work through a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in data center environments.
Debug platforms and systems, ensuring priority issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Monitor data center operations for issues such as power outages, network disruptions, and cooling leaks.
Physically install, replace, and troubleshoot hardware components, including GPUs and CPUs.
Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to communicate issues and drive continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
Experience working in a data center environment with complex systems, including CPU and GPU hardware.
Proficiency with ticketing systems such as JIRA, and familiarity with debugging methodologies (BMC, BIOS, GPU).
Strong Linux skills, including running automated scripts, analyzing logs, and providing system updates.
Ability to work on-site during first shift hours (roughly 9 am - 6 pm).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
