Systems Analyst

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Support file transmission and security measures to ensure data integrity and business operations
• Provide supporting documentation for auditing & compliance inquiries and certification requirements
• Support the automation and batch platforms and their associated jobs
• Support development & Test environments, ensuring efficient workflows and adequate resources
• Generate documentation of system design, operations, and procedural playbooks
• Administer and support authentication and security services
• Administer and support network and security services and access controls
• Administer and support alerting and reporting services
• Be an escalation point for systems, network and security service availability and performance incidents
• Support escalated hardware troubleshooting (Compute, Network, & Storage) where applicable
• Support backup, recovery and business continuity strategies for critical systems, services, and data
• Coach service desk and strengthen initial levels of support
• Support the DevOps Process and code lifecycle management including development, testing, and production environments
• Provide system support for IT service management (ITSM) tools, troubleshooting issues, and assisting end-users

• The compensation range for this position is $80,700 - $100,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits.
• Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicant's qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• 2+ years of Windows focused Systems support and administration
• Support experience with VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Servers, Active directory Authentication
• Experience with data analytics and generating reports
• Must be willing to work on call for escalations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or exposure to: AWS & Azure Administration, M365 purview and policy management, Network and security administration with Cisco, Meraki, Zscaler and Fortinet, Splunk/Sumo Logic or other log management or Siem platforms, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), VCP (VMWare Certified Professional), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
