Systems Analyst

About the role

The Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining credit union systems to support member services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new software applications and integrate existing systems.
• Conduct system analysis to identify and resolve issues in current systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, database administrators, and end-users.
• Document system requirements and design specifications.
• Perform system testing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in systems analysis and design.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
• Experience with credit union systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of credit union operations and member service principles.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.

Pay
