About the role
The Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining credit union systems to support member services.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new software applications and integrate existing systems.
- Conduct system analysis to identify and resolve issues in current systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, database administrators, and end-users.
- Document system requirements and design specifications.
- Perform system testing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in systems analysis and design.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Experience with credit union systems and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of credit union operations and member service principles.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
