About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our technology team and help drive innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization. This role blends business analysis, system optimization, AI/automation enablement, integrations, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about using modern tools—including AI—to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze workflows and design efficient, scalable, and secure system solutions.
- Configure, customize, and optimize cloud and off-the-shelf applications.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities (RPA, chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics).
- Support systems integrations (APIs, SFTP, iPaaS, HL7) and ensure data accuracy and performance.
- Test applications, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments and updates.
- Create documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.
- Build dashboards and reports; analyze data to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Maintain compliance with security and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficient with computer business applications.
- Prior experience in Health and Human Services, specifically in the Autism and IDD space is preferred.
- Prior experience with Core Solutions CX360 or other similar EHR is preferred.
- Project Management Skills preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic health records and healthcare information regulations is beneficial.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with system analysis, design methodologies, and the SDLC.
- Knowledge of application testing methods (functional, performance, security).
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools (hands-on experience is a plus).
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, BetterCloud).
- Understanding of data integrations, APIs, and databases (Webhooks, Postman, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (ClickUp, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk).
- Working knowledge of Office 365 suite administration.
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Clear and effective verbal/written communication.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
