Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate Core system operations, integrations, and user requirements
• Develop, modify, and support Core system programs, reports, workflows, and automated processes
• Perform system maintenance, issue resolution, enhancements, and version upgrades
• Research, recommend, and integrate system and process improvements
• Serve as liaison with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate system updates
• Create and maintain documentation, data processing records, and job schedules
• Support testing, training, and implementation of Core and related system upgrades
• Provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and on-call support for mission-critical systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year College or university and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
• Must be capable of accomplishing basic software development tasks.
