Systems Administrator (Professional Services)

As a Systems Administrator on our Professional Services team, you'll play a hands-on role delivering infrastructure projects that help our clients grow and operate more effectively. From Windows Server and Microsoft 365 implementations to cloud, networking, and infrastructure upgrades, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality solutions while building trusted client relationships. What You'll Do Execute infrastructure implementation projects including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, networking, and virtualization.Configure, deploy, migrate, and support Microsoft infrastructure using established project plans and implementation standards.Partner directly with clients to communicate project progress, validate requirements, and ensure successful delivery.Produce thorough technical documentation, project notes, and handoff documentation for the Support team.Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.Troubleshoot technical issues encountered during deployments and collaborate with senior engineers on more complex challenges.Validate completed work through testing and quality assurance before project completion.Identify opportunities to improve client environments and contribute ideas that enhance project delivery and customer experience.Continue expanding your technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, networking, cloud infrastructure, and security solutions. Who You Are 2–5 years of Systems Administration experience, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.Experience implementing and supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.Exposure to networking technologies including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure.Experience participating in or independently executing infrastructure implementation and migration projects.Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through.Strong troubleshooting skills with the judgment to know when to solve independently and when to collaborate or ask questions.Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate documentation and high-quality work.Professional communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and teammates.Curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously develop your technical skills.Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and taking ownership of your work.
