Responsibilities
- Maintains services throughout the O365/Azure Tenant.
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves issues.
- Works directly with Engineers to deliver project assignments.
- Supports pre-production and production deployment, configuration, testing.
- Ensures best practices are followed and recommendations are communicated.
- Provides detailed technical documentation including solution design, platform build/configuration, troubleshooting, and operational procedures.
- Collaborates with engineering teams to review current issues and ensure successful support of new solutions and platforms through documentation and training.
- Administers and supports Windows Active Directory, Teams/O365 SharePoint, OneDrive, and O365 security applications.
- Serves as a point of contact for hardware and software problem resolution within the O365 Tenant and end user devices.
Qualifications
- College degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in specific requirements.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with enterprise application deployments.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office365 application troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, Intune, and Defender applications.
- Remain current with up-to-date product information for all released software configurations.
- Demonstrate excellent professionalism and communication skills.
- Show a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to raise the bar at work.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Orlando, FL as needed.
