Systems Administrator (Linux) - multiple levels - FULLY CLEARED with Security Clearance
About the role
The Systems Administrator (Linux) position requires a fully cleared individual with a polygraph for work in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role involves software development, development & support, systems administration, and on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain nginx
- System monitoring platforms like OpenVAS, Prometheus, and Grafana
- SELinux and FIPS compliance
- Maintain Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Technical Reference Manuals (STRM)
- Manage System Security Plans (SSPs) and Security Technical Evaluation (STE) / Security Technical Implementation Guide (STI) / Security Technical Implementation Guide (STG) requirements
- Knowledge of LatteArt/Biscotti, Netseer, SEAR logging
- Experience with Docker, MongoDB, and Elastic Search
- Familiarity with Ansible and GitLab
- Working knowledge of software-defined networks
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have a TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph
- At least 11 years of direct/relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
Qualifications
- Experience with SELinux and FIPS
- Knowledge of LatteArt/Biscotti, Netseer, SEAR logging
- Experience with Docker, MongoDB, and Elastic Search
- Familiarity with Ansible and GitLab
- Working knowledge of software-defined networks
