Description Quantum Sky is searching for a full-time Systems Administrator to join our growing Information Technology team in a hybrid capacity in our Plano, TX office. . This individual will design intuitive and user-centric experiences and information structures for a range of internal projects. As with all positions, we are seeking independent thinkers with creative problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries, escalating issues as needed. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for users both onsite and remotely. Manage and prioritize support tickets using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution. Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications. User account management (for example, account creation, assigning permissions, or password resets) Provide training and support for end-users on various technologies and software. Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades, installations, and other projects. Document procedures and create knowledge base articles to enhance the support process. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve support practices. Ability to work well with in a team environment Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Qualifications US Citizen, No Sponsorship Experience with GCC High Azure Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. CompTIA A+ Certified highly desired Basic understanding of scripting and automation. Troubleshooting and technical support experience. Customer service, listening and teamwork Empathy and being able to relate to the end-user. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn new systems. Ability to work in a high paced environment. Strong time management skills and can work independently. Remote troubleshooting methodologies. Compensation About Tyto Athene Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $70,000-$80,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
