Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure support and expansion across enterprise systems.
- Server configuration and administration in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize system security, availability, and performance.
- Evaluate and implement network performance solutions including firewalls and policies.
- Troubleshoot and escalate system/application issues.
- Manage Azure DevOps projects, repositories, and pipelines.
- Deploy and manage AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Provide support to IT staff and developers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-8 years of professional experience in information systems engineering.
- 3-5 years in IT infrastructure/network environments.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server 2012 2022 IIS Administration
- AWS Cloud Systems (required)
- Microsoft Azure (highly desired)
- GCP Cloud (desired)
- Strong grasp of Linux administration (Redhat/Ubuntu).
- Experience with middleware tools such as API Management and IT Service Automation.
- Ability to document and automate tasks.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
