Systems Administrator
About the role
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met. Oversee the maintenance of systems and networks, while providing customers with insight into their network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problem areas and opportunities for mission critical improvements to the customer’s network. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and system administration. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and Program Managers.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and system administration.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and Program Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (applicants within one year of earning a four year degree will be considered); there is no preferred major or program of study (degrees from foreign academic institutions are accepted).

Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies
- Experience with server administration, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive systems and networks.
- Pro-active monitoring and evaluation of environments using sensitive tools.
- Prominent ability to identify optimization opportunities for server performance.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, complete tasks independently and creatively, and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Clearance Required
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope polygraph. This position has an on-site requirement and is not eligible for fully remote candidates.
