Systems Administrator

Job Overview

IDR is seeking a Systems Administrator to join one of their top clients in Grapevine, TX. This role is part of a dynamic IT team supporting enterprise-level infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

• Manage and support enterprise-wide Windows Server environments, including patching, automation, and security updates.
• Oversee network infrastructure including VPNs, VLANs, and firewall configurations to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
• Administer virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and manage enterprise storage solutions like SAN/NAS systems.
• Implement high-availability designs and continuously improve system resilience and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence across global IT systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise systems administration experience supporting Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Advanced Windows Server patch management and automation expertise (powershell preferred).
• Strong networking engineering experience with VPNs, VLANs, and firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization and SAN/NAS storage.
• Expertise in infrastructure security and compliance, with Palo Alto experience preferred.
