About the role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Systems Administrators who can deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise. Based in Nashville, TN, we are a leading IT Managed Services Provider serving financial institutions, healthcare, and other industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication both remotely and at client locations throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Support our core values and continuously improve.
• Maintain business efficiencies through detailed documentation, timekeeping, communication, and monitoring metrics.
• Work from home or in-office, with flexible technology support and collaborative opportunities.

Requirements

• Preferred professional IT certifications: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA, CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Fortinet NSE, LabTech LTCP, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP.
• Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
• Interpersonal skills including telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care.
• Technical diagnosis skills to resolve technical issues.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
• Service awareness of key IT services.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typing skills for quick and accurate service request entry.

Skills

• VMware, Azure, Windows Server, Networking, Microsoft 365.
