Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting systems issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
