Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of network administration and security protocols
