Supports multiple stakeholders
- Supports systems including Vision, eRecruit, MaximCare mobile, Telephony systems, and Maxim Web clock
- Works with other team members to escalate unresolved issues
- Reports on ticket trends weekly
- Reeducates system users as needed
- Informs key stakeholders about potential issues and trends
- Contributes to projects aimed at preventing future questions, problems, and tickets
- Provides excellent customer service to business partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in IT, Healthcare, staffing, or field support
- Ability to analyze and solve system and process-related issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective teamwork and strong attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency, including Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office suite, internet usage, and learning program design systems and software
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to elicit and provide information to and from appropriate individuals
