Your Key Responsibilities

• Led the charge in ensuring the safety of Honda Aircraft products by applying systems engineering principles to identify and eliminate hazards, reducing associated risks throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform system safety analyses, including Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA), Preliminary System Safety Assessments (PSSA), System Safety Assessments (SSA), and Common Cause Analysis (CCA).
• Collaborate with design, reliability, and certification teams to ensure safety requirements are met.
• Participate in design reviews, providing critical safety-related input.
• Utilize innovative approaches to solve complex and challenging problems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety processes and tools.
• Take personal responsibility for your continued professional growth and development, with full support from your manager.
