About the role
The System Operator is responsible for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the electric distribution system. This includes monitoring system performance, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the electric distribution system to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as electrical engineering or customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
