Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in patient access or revenue cycle operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation; Excellent communication skills (written/verbal); Computer skills, good reasoning ability, good organizational skills, multi-tasking, flexibility, and excellent customer service.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, medical terminology, and healthcare billing.
• Familiar with hospital regulations; strong problem solving, attention to detail, and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and patient registration systems.
• Preferred: CHAM, CHAA, or similar certification.
• Multi-site management experience.
