Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in patient access or revenue cycle operations.
- 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation; Excellent communication skills (written/verbal); Computer skills, good reasoning ability, good organizational skills, multi-tasking, flexibility, and excellent customer service.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, medical terminology, and healthcare billing.
- Familiar with hospital regulations; strong problem solving, attention to detail, and stay calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and patient registration systems.
- Preferred: CHAM, CHAA, or similar certification.
- Multi-site management experience.
