System Integration Technician, Level 2

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and validate operational software as specified by installation standards, manufacturer’s guidance, and safety codes.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of the system.
• Install, test, and validate operational equipment and software.
• Act as a lead technician for program production.
• Develop overall integration and test strategy, schedule test plans, and scripts.
• Perform all aspects of system integration and test, including:
  • Installing hardware in racks.
  • Labeling and running cables.
  • Building the system to drawing package.
  • Performing quality assurance.
  • Loading operating systems and applications.
  • Conducting all levels of system testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar degree; or equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
• At least three (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience integrating systems using multiple operating systems.

Clearance

Active TS/SCI with an appropriate current polygraph is required. Ability to receive privileged access rights.
