System Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to support a communications platform.

About the role

You'll build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy integrated hardware and software systems while working closely with engineering teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Integrate software, firmware, hardware, and networking components into complete systems.
• Build and configure customer and demonstration environments.
• Develop and execute system testing and validation plans.
• Troubleshoot Linux systems, networking issues, and containerized applications.
• Configure and support Ethernet networks, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support, customer training, and deployment assistance.
• Create technical documentation and recommend product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of systems integration, systems engineering, or related experience.
• Experience with Linux administration and IP networking.
• Experience with Docker or other container technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

• Tactical communications systems
• ATAK/TAK Server
• Virtualization technologies
• Embedded Linux or Yocto
• Python or Bash scripting
• Git, PostgreSQL
• Wireless networking, VPNs, or RF communications

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
