SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR

About the role

The SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR is responsible for overseeing the implementation and improvement of systems within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system improvements and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Conduct regular reviews of system performance and make recommendations for optimization
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system improvement and/or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with system analysis and design
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
