About the role
The SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR is responsible for overseeing the implementation and improvement of systems within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee system improvements and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular reviews of system performance and make recommendations for optimization
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system improvement and/or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with system analysis and design
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
