System & Help Desk Administrator (TS/SCI w/poly) with Security Clearance

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems & Help Desk Administrator to support our growing operations and mission-critical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT systems and networks, while also providing direct end-user support to ensure operational efficiency. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a classified environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and monitor Windows/Linux servers, networks, and user systems
• Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, group policies and access control
• Perform system administration tasks such as patch management, software deployments, system monitoring, and data transfers
• Install, configure, and update software and security patches
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with efficiency and care
• Support cybersecurity and compliance efforts across the organization
• Collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure security protocols and performance
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Achieved an associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent combination of education & experience)
• 3+ years of system administration or help desk operations experience in a secure environment
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking fundamentals
• CompTIA Security+, or other IT-related certifications (preferred)
• Familiarity with SCCM, WSUS, or similar enterprise management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Security Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly (required)
• Experience with DoD STIGs, RMF, or classified system administration a plus
