About the role
The Role
- Support and maintain foundational Windows infrastructure services including Active Directory, DFS, DHCP, DNS, Configuration Management, and Group Policy.
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using scripting and automation tools to manage services at scale.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the Windows infrastructure stack, providing escalation support.
- Drive operational improvements to enhance service reliability and team efficiency.
- Ensure services comply with security hardening requirements and maintain operational documentation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical service events.
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Average of 5+ years of experience supporting Windows operating systems, with a strong focus on AD, DHCP, PowerShell, DNS, or SCCM.
- Proven ability to script and automate tasks in a Windows environment using PowerShell.
- Demonstrated experience administering and maintaining Active Directory Windows-based networks.
- Current, active US Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.
- Experience operating in isolated network environments is a plus.
