Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver system solutions and support customer reviews.
- Implement, maintain, and improve Systems Engineering and MBSE processes.
- Perform requirements decomposition, system architecture development, interface management, risk management, verification and test planning, and system integration.
- Capture engineering artifacts and activities within MBSE models.
- Collaborate across disciplines to develop and verify complex systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Systems Integration, or Systems Analysis experience.
- Secret Clearance Pre Start or within 24 Months.
- Able to obtain and maintain SAP clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with defense, mission, or weapons systems.
- Experience with software requirements and verification.
- Experience supporting certification, verification, or validation efforts.
- Experience with MBSE and SysML modeling tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, MSOSA, or similar).
Work Location
100% onsite position. U.S. Citizenship required.
