System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis, including data analysis, data mapping, systems feasibility and impact analysis, flowcharts, use case development, story mapping, system setup/configuration, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and documentation.
• Apply various systems analysis methodologies in a complex environment with multiple applications, patterns, and integrations.
• Collaborate across multifunctional teams, including technical groups and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Engage with and support capabilities across teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Lead, guide, mentor, and motivate engineers and analysts.
• Proactively contribute to a high-functioning team, solving technical problems and aligning systems/applications with business objectives.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of issues and drive timely resolution.

Requirements

• 5 years of systems analysis experience within IT, financial services, or a related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams.
• Proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of API development, cloud (AWS), data design, batch/event processing, and workflow/process automation is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to test automation and quality practices.
• Good interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, leadership, and influence.
• Passion for learning new technologies and business areas.

Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred but not required.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in Westlake, TX is $65,000 – $72,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
