System Administrator/Operator

About the role

The System Administrator/Operator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all systems, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update software applications and hardware systems
• Provide technical support to users and resolve issues
• Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments
• Stay current with new technologies and implement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with network administration and server management
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
