- Install and configure Windows Server, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
- Manage data center operations and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Deploy and maintain virtualization technologies across platforms.
- Handle networking tasks, including rack setup, cabling, and deployment of Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment.
- Provision and configure Client and AMD servers, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance for server components.
- Resolve hardware issues professionally via trouble ticketing systems (e.g., GitLab).
- Maintain cabling infrastructure, including port mapping and cable type identification.
- Administer Linux systems, including scripting for automation and optimization.
- Support web server and database installations (preferred but not required).
- Conduct basic lab administration and hands-on lab activities.
- Manage asset tracking and ticket handling within GitLab.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and partners, navigating potential roadblocks.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Security, or a related field (strongly preferred).
- Linux administration and scripting expertise.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Unix OS installation.
- Hands-on experience in data center operations and server hardware provisioning (Client & AMD).
- Strong knowledge of networking, including Layer 2 networking, cabling, and port mapping.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of GPU/CPU infrastructure and performance optimization.
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., GitLab).
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with RAID levels.
- Knowledge of web server and database installation.
- Prior exposure to multi-stakeholder management and executive communication.
